Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: DRAFT — not yet dated
This policy explains how to cancel your SENTLOCK subscription and how refunds work. SENTLOCK is a business (B2B) SaaS service sold to businesses only, on a monthly auto-renewing subscription. For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of full transparency, we have adopted a clear cancellation policy even where consumer-protection law does not apply to a business transaction.
1. General & definitions
The service is provided by Saar Robert Adi, a licensed dealer (Osek Murshe), dealer no. 301721155, of No. 117, Kibbutz HaHotrim, 3087000, Israel ("SENTLOCK", "we"). SENTLOCK is a trade name only; the provider is a licensed dealer (sole proprietor), not a company.
"Subscription" means a monthly auto-renewing subscription to the SENTLOCK service. "Billing cycle" means the monthly period paid for. The service is an "ongoing transaction" within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
2. The subscription & pricing
The subscription is offered in two plans: Starter at ₪299 per month, and Business at ₪1,499 per month. Prices include VAT as required by law.
You are charged in advance for each monthly billing cycle via the payment processor PayPlus, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until cancelled in accordance with this policy.
3. Cancelling the subscription
You may cancel at any time, by any of the following: through the management area in the app (app.sentlock.co); by phone at 054-9501663; or by email at support@sentlock.co.
Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle: the current, paid billing cycle runs to its end and the service remains available to you until that cycle ends. No further charge will be made after cancellation, and no cancellation fee or penalty applies.
4. Effect of cancellation
At the end of the current billing cycle, access to the service and the recurring charge will stop. No pro-rata refund is given for the unused part of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise required by applicable law (see section 6).
5. Refunds
Where a refund is due under this policy or by law, it will be made to the original payment method via PayPlus, within 7 business days of confirming eligibility.
6. Statutory consumer rights (where they apply)
SENTLOCK is sold to businesses, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 generally applies to a "consumer" — an individual purchasing for personal, household or family use. To the extent you qualify as a "consumer" under the law, you have, in addition to and without derogating from the policy above, the rights granted by law, including:
- cancellation of a distance-sale transaction within 14 days of making the transaction or receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010;
- for an ongoing transaction — cancellation at any time, such that the transaction ends within a few business days of the cancellation notice, with payment only for the proportional value of the service actually provided;
- for persons with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants — an extended cancellation period under the law, where its conditions are met.
Nothing in this policy derogates from any mandatory right granted to you by law.
7. Failed payment & suspension
If a charge is not paid, we may suspend or terminate the service after reasonable notice and an opportunity to correct the payment method. Suspension for non-payment does not relieve the obligation to pay for the service period already provided.

In case of any discrepancy between this version and its translation into any other language, the Hebrew version prevails.
