These Terms govern your use of the SENTLOCK website and services. Please read them carefully — using the site or the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Provider details & legal disclosure
The service is provided by Saar Robert Adi, a licensed dealer (Osek Murshe), dealer no. 301721155, of No. 117, Kibbutz HaHotrim, 3087000, Israel; phone 054-9501663; email legal@sentlock.co ("SENTLOCK", "we"). SENTLOCK is a trade name; the provider is a licensed dealer (sole proprietor), not a limited company.
These details are provided, among other things, to meet the disclosure obligations applicable to a distance-sale transaction. The main features of the service, the price, the payment terms and how to exercise the right of cancellation are set out in these Terms and in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Acceptance of terms
Use of this website and the SENTLOCK services is subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Any use constitutes full acceptance of these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. The service
SENTLOCK is a software (SaaS) service for detecting brand impersonation and look-alike (phishing) domains and taking them down, using a multi-layer analysis pipeline. This website presents the service and is used for sign-up; the service itself is provided through the application at app.sentlock.co.
4. Eligibility & accounts
The service is intended for businesses. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity in your account, and you must report any unauthorised use immediately.
5. Subscription, pricing & billing
The service is sold as a monthly auto-renewing subscription in two plans: Starter at ₪299 per month, and Business at ₪1,499 per month. Prices include VAT as required by law.
You are charged in advance each month via the payment processor PayPlus, and the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. By placing your order you authorise the recurring charge.
Card details are entered directly into PayPlus's secure payment environment and are not stored by SENTLOCK (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. The full cancellation and refund terms, including statutory consumer rights where they apply, are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use & restrictions
You agree not to misuse the service or this website. In particular, you may not:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, detection logic, scoring, thresholds, or underlying methods of the SENTLOCK platform;
- copy, scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract the content, design, or code of this website or the service;
- use the service, its outputs, or any part of it to build, train, or improve a competing product or service;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or circumvent its security or access controls; or
- use the service in violation of any applicable law.
8. Intellectual property & proprietary technology
The SENTLOCK platform — including its 8-layer detection methodology, scoring, algorithms, models, data pipelines, software, and all related know-how — is the proprietary and confidential property of Saar Robert Adi (licensed dealer) and is protected by intellectual-property and trade-secret law. No rights in it are granted to you except the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, code, and the SENTLOCK name and logo — is owned by Saar Robert Adi or his licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
“SENTLOCK” and the SENTLOCK radar mark are trademarks of Saar Robert Adi.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "AS IS" and as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted, complete, or error-free detection, and we do not guarantee that every threat will be detected or removed. Use of the service and its outputs is at your own risk, subject to law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damage, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts actually paid for the service in the three months preceding the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. An updated version will be published on this page and apply from the date of publication. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
